Documents, Receipts, and Service Records

Download available documents and inspect fee estimates, identifiers, and service delivery evidence.

Documents, Fees, and Technical Details

The record shows available document cards, including the Submitted Original and stamped version when returned. Use Stamped PDF where offered. Download the documents you need for your own records promptly rather than treating a filing provider as permanent storage. A missing stamped version can mean review or document availability is still pending; inspect the outcome before assuming an error.

Read clerk comments and any rejection reason in full. The highlighted Quoted Fees section retains the pre-filing estimate and its context. Expand Technical Details for identifiers and diagnostic information useful when discussing a problem with support. You do not need those identifiers to choose the legal content of a filing.

Check Service Delivery

Use Check Service Status at eFileTexas in the filing record to request the available case contacts, service history, and delivery log. Expand the delivery log when needed. It may contain delivery evidence separate from the clerk's decision.

“No information yet” and an error retrieving the information are different results. Neither should be treated as proof that the recipient received the document. Review undeliverable notifications, verify the intended contact, and address any service problem using the applicable procedure.
