About the judge

Michael Ferry of Fort Worth prosecuted in the narcotics unit of the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office and served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas. Before law, he was a special agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration and a surface warfare officer in the U.S. Navy. He earned his law degree at the University of San Francisco.
