Send a support request
Use the support form and choose the subject that best matches your question. Include the page or profile link, a short description of the issue, and what you were trying to do.
For a claim question, include the attorney's bar number and the email address you use to sign in to Referlex.
Helpful details
- What happened and what you expected to happen.
- Any error message you saw.
- The approximate time the problem occurred.
- Your browser and device, if the problem involves a page or sign-in.
Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, identity documents, or confidential client information.
Profile claims
If phone verification did not work, start with manual verification. If someone already manages the profile, see already-claimed profiles.
