# Contact Referlex support

## Send a support request

Use the [support form](/support) and choose the subject that best matches your question. Include the page or profile link, a short description of the issue, and what you were trying to do.

For a claim question, include the attorney's bar number and the email address you use to sign in to Referlex.

## Helpful details

- What happened and what you expected to happen.
- Any error message you saw.
- The approximate time the problem occurred.
- Your browser and device, if the problem involves a page or sign-in.

Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, identity documents, or confidential client information.
