“This attorney along with 9 others are suing me for an unsecured debt of $1,700 that I am not able to pay because of the terrible 2024 economy! They are representing a multi-billiion dollar firm against me to recoup this money. I have lost 2 vehicles this year because I could not keep up and they are coming after me for unsecured debt there is no way of me paying. He is with Midland Credit Management Inc out of Houston TX and again send me a 20 page summons to appear in court where I am located 6 hours south of where they are even located. What the heck! I would pay if I could, however as the head of a family of 4, I need to feed my family and keep a roof over our heads instead. This is so sad and this lawfirm/credit company is in it for the money. So sad!”
