“This Firm Show Not be Allowed to Work with TDI-DWC. He FAILED to Tell the Benefit Review Officer that I NEVER Had the Designated Doctor Exam he Colluded with the INSURANCE CARRIER COSTING ME MY BENEFITS. And I've been Cleaning Up his MESS and his No Representation. This Firm needs to be Investigsted by the STATE of Texas for Workers Comp Fraud”
