My experience with The English Law Firm (now operating as Innovina Law) and attorney William Garrison English was extremely disappointing. I retained the firm for a time-sensitive legal matter and paid a flat fee with the expectation of receiving meaningful legal analysis, guidance, communication, and pre-litigation representation. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations. Communication was one of my biggest concerns. There were extended periods where I received little meaningful information about the status of my matter despite repeated requests for updates. When information was provided, it often came late in the process and left me feeling unable to make fully informed decisions regarding my legal options. I also encountered multiple drafts of documents that required revisions, including what I believed were factual inaccuracies. Despite raising these concerns, I continued to receive revised versions that did not fully address all of the issues I had identified. Perhaps most frustrating was that significant legal analysis regarding key issues in my case appeared to arrive only after I had repeatedly requested explanations and raised concerns about the handling of my matter. By that point, I felt valuable time had already been lost. After my representation ended, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and have continued to challenge the firm's position regarding the services provided. I also pursued a grievance through the State Bar process regarding aspects of my representation. Every client must make their own decision, but based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to ask detailed questions about communication expectations, timelines, document review procedures, and how legal analysis will be delivered throughout the representation. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experienc
