Her boyfriend HARRIS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY Warren DIEPRAAM CHARGED ME WITH A CRIME OF AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT WHERE HE DID NOT HAVE ANY PHYSICAL EVIDENCE OR EVEN A WITNESS. AFTER HE arrested me on the false accusation and I plead not guilty AND WANTED MY TRIAL. I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT I WAS MILITARY AND WANTED MY MILITARY SUPERIORS CONTACTED BECAUSE I NEED MY MY MILITARY COUNCIL... INSTEAD HE PUT ME THROUGH THE SYSTEM AND SENT ME RUTH YVONNE BURTON AS MY COURT APPOINTED LAWYER.....I TOLD HER THE SAME THING BUT SHE WOULD NOT LISTEN.... THEN WHEN I GAVE HER MY TRUTH AS TO WHAT HAD HAPPENED. I ALSO TOLD HER THAT THE REASON THAT LADONNA JACOBS, (THE LADY THAT MADE THE FALSE ACCUSATION WHO WAS 26 YEARS OLD AND NOT "UNDER THE AGE OF 17") made up that story was because I kicked her out of the house for trying to Rape me instead. I told her that ACTUALLY, that she had RAPED ME THE YEAR PRIOR TO THIS ACCUSATION AND THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT I CAUGHT HER THIS TIME BEFORE SHE DID IT AGAIN. WHEN I TOLD HER EXACTLY HOW SHE DID IT, YVONNE BURTON LAUGHED AND JUST SAID THAT "A MAN CAN NOT BE RAPED BY A WOMAN " THEN I NEVER SAW HER AGAIN..... IT WAS SIX MONTHS OR SO LATER WHEN I SAW MY NEW COURT APPOINTED LAWYER.... THAT IS, AFTERSHE WENT BACK TO REPORT TO HER BOYFRIEND AT THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE WHILE THE WHOLE TIME, HER BOYFRIEND HARRIS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY WARREN DIEPRAAM WAS DRAGGING ME BACK AND FORTH TO THE HOLDING CELL 48 TIMES IN 8 MONTHS TRYING TO MAKE ME TAKE A LESSER PLEA.... SPEAKING TO ME DIRECTLY... AFTER ALL, I DIDN'T HAVE AN ATTORNEY TO BEGAN WITH. Just his puppet”
