I am being sued by this attorney and 9 others (they are all with Midland Credit Management Inc). I had an unsecured debt of about $1,700 they claim and I am not able to pay due to a terrible economy in 2024. I had lost so much work. And he along with his attorney friends are representing a huge multibillion dollar firm to try and get my $1,700 I don't have....I lost 2 vehicles this past year because I couldn't pay and they are trying to recoup unsecured debt....Do not use this attorney or any of the ones listed by Midland Credit Management Inc in Houston TX.
