# Resolve an already-claimed profile

## Check your existing account

Try signing in with the email address or sign-in method you previously used on Referlex. Your profile may already be connected to that account.

## Ask support to review access

If you still cannot access the profile, [contact support](/support?subject=Claim%20a%20profile). Include:

- A link to the attorney profile and the attorney's bar number.
- The email address for the Referlex account you want to use.
- Whether you are the attorney or an authorized representative.
- A short explanation of the access problem.

## What happens next

Our team reviews the existing claim and verifies your identity and authority before changing access. An existing claim is not automatically replaced by a new request.

If a former employee or agency managed the profile, explain that relationship in your request. Please do not share their password or send confidential client records.

## If you suspect an unauthorized claim

State that clearly in your support request and include the profile link. Avoid sharing account credentials with anyone offering to transfer the profile to you.
